Egyptian Hotel Review - Sofitel, Holiday Inn and Movenpick

Sofitel Maadi, Cairo,
Holiday Inn, Safaga &

The Movenpick Jolie Ville, Luxor

This month on our hotel reviews, we take a pretty fast turn around Egypt, reviewing hotels in three different locales. First, the Sofitel Maadi in Cairo is a little off the beaten path for many tourists, but not so for expatriates living in Cairo. Safaga, on the other hand, is a fairly exotic Red Sea destination, so perhaps the familiarity of a Holiday Inn in this remote seaside resort and port is most welcome. Finally, we look at the well known Movenpick Jolie Ville, in Luxor, and situated on its own island in the Nile.
