Weather in Egypt in August

August is pretty much as hot as it gets in Egypt.  Temperatures reach a sweltering 107°F (41°C) in Upper Egypt, and are in the high 80°sF (30°sC) over pretty much the rest of the country.  With temperatures so warm, what better way to enjoy Egypt than by getting a great tan on one of its stunning beaches? All along the Red Sea coast and the Mediterranean Sea coast you’ll find shimmering waters and warm sands.  Be sure to enjoy these beaches and maybe do a little snorkeling along the famous sites on the Red Sea, such as Dahab’s Blue Hole.
