Period: 22nd Dynasty (945-712 BC)
This statue of the Vizier Hor, with his let leg folded to the chest while his right rests on the ground is rather unusual. The form appears sporadically in the Old Kingdom and was sometimes revived during the New Kingdom. However, the style is also documented in various statues after the New Kingdom.
