| Plants, birds, and ships related to life on the Nile are painted on
this jar, but it is hard to identify any as the lotus flower. On the lower
section we see three birds with long legs and necks. A boat with many
long oars stretches across the middle of the pot. And on the left, plants
bend over the boat. |
