Egypt Has it All is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tour Egypt, Inc. and Egypt Has it All, a Texas Corporation.
Please note that should the USA State Department feel it necessary to put a travel warning specifically on Egypt we will of course notify all future travelers who have booked a tour with us and give them the option of receiving a 100% credit of any funds paid, regardless of when their trip is scheduled to depart.

This website (the "Site") is operated by Tour Egypt. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using this Site. You must consent to these terms and conditions if you use this Site, and if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions then you may not use this Site in any way.

We reserve the right to deny access to this Site at any time without notice.
This web site is for use by members of the public only to make travel bookings. We do not accept bookings made by travel agents or other agents acting on behalf of members of the public.
Governing Law:
Access to this Site is conditional on your agreement that all information contained in it and all matters that arise between you and us will be governed by Canadian and American law.
Site User Obligations:
By using this Site you agree that:
1. you accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account;
2. you must be 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity;
3. You warrant that all information you provide about yourself and about anyone else shall be true and accurate;
4. this Site must not be used for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings;
5. the transmission of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political or racist material, or any material that is otherwise unlawful or offensive via this Site is expressly prohibited;
6. this Site and any of its content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed or reproduced in any way by you except that one copy of the information contained within the Site may be made by you for personal, non-commercial use.
Booking Conditions & Site Content/Information:
All bookings made on this Site are subject to the relevant supplier's/tour operator's booking conditions in addition to these Site conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of the applicable booking conditions when making a booking. Booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed.
No warranties, promises or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any of the information on this Site or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise of any services offered by us or on our behalf. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential or other) that may arise as a result, directly or indirectly, from the use of any of the information or material contained on this Site and/or the use of or access to any other information or material via web links from this Site, or any inability to access this Site. These exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and, except for information or material accessed via other sites or supplied by an identified third party, where consistent with the applicable booking conditions. If any of these exclusions, in whole or in part, are found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any other reasons, that exclusion or part of the exclusion shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other exclusion(s) or part(s) of the exclusion(s) in question.
Tour Egypt may change any aspect of this Site or its content, including the availability of any suppliers, features, information, or other content, at any time without notice. The information and prices on this Site are not 'live' and are updated from time to time. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices but, regrettably, errors do occasionally occur. Where a price is obviously incorrect due to a system error, we shall not be bound by such price.
This Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not accept any liability in respect of your inability to access or use this Site at any time or for any interruption in that access or use, or for any failure to complete any transaction. We do not warrant that this Site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Once you have decided on a tour and it is confirmed, a deposit is required to pay a deposit to secure your reservation.
Should you discover you have to cancel your plans, your deposit will be credited toward any future Tour Egypt, Inc. and Egypt Has it All trip (only if you do so in writing via email at least 30 days before departure.
A $100 US service charge per person is charged for any cancellation. Cancellations within 30 days of the tour departure date forfeit the deposit.
Should you have to cancel after paying the final payment, but at least 15 days prior to departure, a credit equal to the total value of the package (less the deposit and/or any cancellation fees of the various suppliers affected such as the airlines, hotels, ground transportation services, etc.) will be extended. This must be done in writing via email, and received at Tour Egypt, Inc. and Egypt Has it All no later than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Cancellations within 15 days forfeit the entire value of the tour. Any credits allowed have a limited life of one year (365 days) from the original tour departure date and must be used within the time allotted.
Credit is not transferable without written permission from Tour Egypt, Inc. and Egypt Has it All. Credit for deposits may only be used as part of the final payment on a future tour and cannot be re-applied as a deposit.
Credit Card Fraud Contingency:
Please make sure that you have supplied us with the correct credit card billing information. If you do not supply the correct credit or debit card billing address and/or cardholder information, the issue of your booking may be delayed and the overall cost may increase. We do reserve the right to cancel bookingafter issue if payment is declined or if you have supplied incorrect credit card information.
In addition, we also reserve the right to do random checks (including the electoral roll) in order to minimise credit card fraud. As a result of this, before booking we may require you to provide us with a fax or postal copy of proof of address, as well as a copy of your credit card and a recent statement.
Copyright and Trade Marks:
The copyright in the content of this Site belongs to us or to the licensors of such content. We reserve the copyright and all proprietary rights in this Site and all its content. The name 'Tour Egypt' and any other marks, logos and graphics of Tour Egypt displayed on this Site are registered trade marks of Tour Egypt. You are not granted any right or license to use any trade marks.
