Overnight: Hotel in Cairo Transportation: All transfers included Day 2: Marsa Matrouh You will be picked up at 6:30 am and to begin your adventure to Marsa Matrouh, a beautiful beach town on the Mediterranean Coast, in an air-conditioned bus. You will arrive in Marsa Matrouh at 12:30 pm for a free day to enjoy the enchanting white sand beaches. Overnight: Hotel in Marsa Matruh Transportation: All transfers included Meals included: Breakfast Day 3: Siwa Oasis After breakfast, you will take the four-hour ride to Siwa to begin an action-packed day. You will visit the Mountain of the Dead (Gebel Al-Mawta), the Oracle Temple (Aghrumi Temple) where you will visit the coronation hall of Alexander the Great, and Amun Temple. You will end your day relaxing in Cleopatra's spring, a stone pool filled with bubbling spring water, said to have natural healing powers for rheumatism and other bone maladies. After your rejuvinating dip in the bath, you will be transported to your hotel in Siwa. You will visit the Shali fortress,an amazing structure built in the 13th century from bricks of salt, rock and clay, and then spend the afternoon sandboarding down the long dunes of the eastern desert (approximately 80 km in length). Finally, you will have the opportunity to watch the sunset while enjoying a traditional Bedouin barbecue and drum circle before spending the night under the starry sky in a Bedouin tent.
