18th Dynasty

Amenemhet served as counselor to Hatshepsut, who was Queen-Pharaoh from 1473-1458 BC. He was the brother of Senenmut and served as a priest of Amon. He also served as the supervisor of the barque of the god. He was buried in Thebes.
