Mahu18th Dynasty
Mahu was the commander of the police units of 'Amarna under the reign of Akhenaten. This was the time period in which Akhenaten's sojourn was dedicated to the god Aten. It is possible that Mahu was a Medjay, who were Nubians that were members of the state police in the New Kingdom.
