Muyet
11th Dynasty
Muyet was a royal girl of the 11th Dynasty, during the reign of Mentuhotpe II. She died when she was five years old and was placed in a tomb in the king's mortuary complex at Deir el-Bahri. In the tomb that was provided for her, she was buried with five necklaces. These necklaces were very valuable and beautiful. It was not indicated in her tomb what her actual status was when she died. It is thought that she may have been the intended wife of the king.
