Nebenteru was the high priest of Amon during the reign of Seti I and Ramesses II. He was a nome aristocrat who was appointed high priest in the 17th year of the reign of Ramesses. His son, Paser, was vizier of the same period. Nebenteru was a descendant of a 9th and 10th Dynasty clan, the Khety clan.
