Thuity was an 18th Dynasty official serving in the reign of Hatshepsut (1473-1458 B.C.) and possibly in the reign of her father Tuthmosis I. An hereditary nobleman, Thuity succeeded the famous architect Ineni in service to the crown. He also held other court titles and ranks in the temple of the god Amon. He led an expedition to Punt for Hatshepsut and was involved in her many building projects. Thuity was buried on the western shore of Thebes.
