The 12th volume of the Encyclopedia (Maslik al- absr fi mamlik al- amsar) by Ibn Fadlallah alOmari, (Sihbaddin Abul-Abbs), 749 H = 1349 AD, 261 pp., 17 x 24 cm. Maslik is a is a huge encyclopedia of 20 volumes and is considered to be one of the most important encyclopedias in the Arab World patrimony. The author describes in this volume different plants and their medical effects, through detailed drawings.The last part of the manuscript is missing, and traces of humidity appear on the manuscripts, it is a rare copy, fully accentuated.
