Quick and Easy Fuul


* Tin of fava / fuul beans

* Olive Oil

* Lemon Juice

* Salt & Pepper


1. Mash the beans against the side of the saucepan as you heat them.

2. When hot and thoroughly mashed add lemon juice, olive oil and seasoning to taste.

3. Eat immediately with bread.
