'Ahmose, Son of Ebana
18th Dynasty
'Ahmose, Son of Ebana served in the army of Sekenenre Tao II during the military campaigns against the Hyksos. His tomb which was found in the cliffs of El-Kab, provided much information about the wars of the first kings of the 18th Dynasty. Royal records from that period are very rare and these inscriptions combined with those of 'Ahmose Pen-Nekhebet, are a valuable source of information about this period.
