Intef
18th Dynasty
Intef was an official from the Thinite nome of Upper Egypt, that served during the reign of Tuthmosis III. He was Tuthmosis' personal attendant on the military campaigns. As a result of his loyalty and dedication, he became the royal herald. He was also the administrator of the various Libyan oases on the western desert. His mortuary stela is in the Louvre.
